We meet every Monday at 7:15 PM EST on Zoom. Each week includes:

These December sessions help you get support during the hardest season of the year so you begin January already grounded, present, and in motion.
WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE LIVE COACHING CALLS?
It is best to attend live so we can actually talk through what’s getting in the way, what you’re struggling with, and what support you need. That’s where the individualized coaching happens. But yes — you can fully participate even if you can’t attend live.
You can send your questions in ahead of time, and I’ll personally coach you during the call the best I can. You’ll receive the replay afterward, so you can listen when it works for your schedule.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS REQUIRE EACH WEEK?
The goal is to reserve one hour a week for the group coaching call. And if you can only make it for 30 minutes, that’s completely fine — you’ll still get support. You can also send in your questions ahead of time and listen to the replay later.
