HOW DOES THE SCREEN TIME RESET WORK?
The Screen Time Reset is a 1:1 coaching experience where we work together to break unhealthy phone habits, calm your mind, and create rhythms that support focus, peace, and real-life connection.
Each week, we meet on Zoom for a private 30-minute coaching session where we:
No worksheets. No overwhelm. Just simple, focused support each week that helps you stay consistent and see progress.
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE A WEEKLY COACHING SESSION?
Live sessions are where the real progress happens — that’s when we talk through what’s getting in the way, what’s working, and what needs to shift so you can keep moving forward.
But I also understand that life happens. If you can’t make a session, you can simply reschedule it.
If something unexpected comes up and you’re unable to reschedule that week, you’ll still be supported. You can send me a quick update or question via text or email, and I’ll respond with guidance so you don’t lose momentum.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS REQUIRE EACH WEEK?
The goal is to reserve 30 minutes a week for the 1:1 coaching call. That's it. We will try to schedule them ahead of time to stay consistent.
